Osteopathy is a form of manual therapy which can help in the treatment and recovery of a wide range of health problems. Osteopaths are regulated by the general osteopathic council (GOsC) and have to be registered with the GOsC in order to practice Osteopathy.

Jamie uses a variety of treatment techniques including; soft tissue massage, joint articulation and mobilisation and joint manipulation (HVLAT) as well as more gentle techniques to improve function, relieve pain and aid in recovery.
