Health and wellbeing have always been an influential and important part of my life. Over the years I have taken part in a wide range of sport.
However, I understand that with today’s modern lifestyle, it can be difficult to find the time to exercise and doing something that is physically demanding can become taxing.
My aim as a Personal Trainer is to help you discover ways of incorporating fitness into your lifestyle, whilst similarly making the time we spend together 100% effective in leading you quickly, towards your goals. Your time is valuable, so having someone fully qualified by your side while training ensures you’re on the right path to achieving your goals and can help to keep things fun as well as challenging. With the right guidance the effort you invest will make a difference.
Having been a competitive athlete most of my life, I’ve refined a hunger for progression, going the extra mile for the smallest of gains to fill up the big picture. I’ve been playing basketball for 21 years and through my journey, developed strict discipline, attention to detail whilst maintaining a love for the game.
As a trainer, I’m a big advocate of capability, so I push performance heavily, whether its mobility, strength, co-ordination, agility, I feel its important for your body to be able to deal with whatever situation life throws at you, If your body is performing optimally, the chances are you’ll look good too, this is where true confidence lies, not just looking good, but looking and performing great.
